  I use the post office a lot, so I've been to most post offices in Sasebo, but the woman at the post office here is really nice and kind and always greets you with a smile. I can't say it's number one because everyone has different values, but it's number one for me. If there were to be a post office customer service qualifying competition, I would definitely recommend him. A perfect example of customer service, plus a wonderful smile and kind consideration... I always feel that he has great skills that make him ideal for any job. Thank you for your kind customer service.

While there are many post offices where post office employees lack knowledge about mail shipping (sometimes we have to teach them about international mail), the employees at Sasebo Sakaemachi Post Office have a thorough understanding of the matter. So you can use it with confidence. At other stations, we have measured the weight of the label and have been charged a higher shipping charge due to a slight difference, but here, the total weight is calculated based on the weight of the label. He also informed me that the weight does not include the weight.

  The customer service attitude is not as high as the other reviews, but it is better than others. This is definitely recommended over the Kyomachi post office. There are 3 ATMs, so it can get a little crowded, but you don't have to wait that long. The store also sells miscellaneous goods such as cute character items (you can also buy them online at post offices).

  When I use the post office, I always choose this place! The girls at the counter are very polite and always smiling and kind. I have never had a bad experience. There are many other post offices, but this one is so good that I only feel like going there.
