  The quality of delivery staff is the worst. Even though I was at home the entire time specified, the item never came, and when I checked the tracking number, it said ``It was returned due to absence.'' I was home the whole time, and the security cameras didn't show anyone, so of course there were no absentee records. I've been living in Oyabe for about a year, and today is the fifth time this has happened. Many times, documents and books were ruined by being forcibly bent and screwed into mailboxes. Can I ask you to stop arranging them arbitrarily? I leave it there even in the rain, and if it gets stolen, will I be held responsible?

  The delivery man employs an insane old man who tries to open the door before the call bell is answered. The woman at the counter was terrible. No matter when I use the post office, I have never had a decent experience with it, and it makes me feel so bad that I try not to use it as much as possible.
