  The delivery person told me that I needed to register to use the delivery box, so when I asked if I could register here, he seemed to be bothering me and said, ``No, you can't, please go to the post office he told me to go to.'' I got it. Since I don't want to go to a far away post office, I have decided to have the delivery delivered to my doorstep. I thought about stopping by and registering for the postal service, but I was disappointed because the system was so poor. The person who responded was a man.

  Just before the counter business hours, I stopped by to have my envelopes (there were a lot of envelopes) weighed, and then purchase stamps and request them to be shipped. A young female staff member was able to assist me, and she was extremely polite. To be honest, I used to hate post offices in the prefecture because of the "bad customer service at the counter," but my image has completely changed😌 The delivery people are nice, but I really hate the counter...😣 They are always smiling and polite. I received a response. When I have to go to the counter, I go to this post office!

  I think all the female receptionists are very nice. Thank you for your kindness. The man was intimidating and overbearing, and spoke to me in a way that made me feel uncomfortable both in the office and on the phone, and I was unable to resolve the issue. When I confirmed the same issue with another station, they responded kindly. People around me said they felt bad when they hit that person.
