  A Japan Post ATM is installed. Is hand sanitizer undiluted soap? Be careful as the fragrance is strong.

  It's a small station near my home, so I use it all the time. Mainly used for shipping non-standard size mail. The people at the counter are also very welcoming. Since we do not accept deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays, we will go to the Nagano Higashi Post Office for deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays.
