  The woman in charge of delivery reception was unfriendly. When I asked for a box to put my things in, they silently placed a sample box for me. I asked for WAON, but there was no response. After the box was available for purchase, I was given duct tape and was told to go ahead! I put it in the box and prepared it, and when I went to the delivery reception, a couple in their 60s smiled and patted me, huh? Your attitude is different from mine! Would it be so different if there was a man next to me? Do you change your attitude when you look at someone? I just wanted to complain. But a different staff member smiled and told me to come here, so I was able to endure it. I don't want to deal with that female staff member again. Actually, I would give one ☆, but the different staff members were good, so I will give it two ☆.

  Since the touch panel of the ATM is completely visible and the PIN number can be seen by the person standing in line, there are no security measures in place. I strongly asked the station staff to put up a curtain so that it would not be visible.
