  I came here because I lost several passbooks. ●What I wish I had done was to inquire about the account number at the Sendai office. It would be fine if the results were sent by mail (something that could be done at the Fukushima Central Post Office). ●Actually, passbook cards for all accounts are reissued while checking account numbers. The staff member said and did it. As a result, the procedure was suspended due to running out of time (1 hour lunch break). Not only were passbooks for all accounts reissued, but even one passbook could not be reissued, and the account number could not even be confirmed. It was nothing more than a waste of time. Staff should listen carefully to what customers are saying and decide what they are looking for. Also, please stop standing back and checking every time I say something. A waste of time. Please do your OJT elsewhere. I wanted to be dealt with by someone who understands.
