While I was carrying some mail, I was talking to someone, and when I asked if they were talking to me, I realized they were talking about dried fish. teeth? That's what it feels like. What are you saying when there's a customer in front of you? I just took the money and started working on something else without saying a basic ``thank you''. Please at least provide normal level of customer service. It's unpleasant.

::In mid-July 2020, I visited with my 4-month-old child in a baby carrier and carrying luggage in both hands. It was an errand to set up an account for my child. There was someone who tried to help me, but I had been uncomfortable with that person's behavior for some time, so when I tried to ask someone else to help me, the person I was uncomfortable with went out of their way to help me. I was asked to bring some form of identification, so When I went back and asked, If I didn't have a photo, I was unpleasantly asked to bring two. I'm very disappointed as to why they told me about it later and seemed like it was a hassle even though I was carrying so much luggage and children. As if they noticed my discomfort, others responded with words of appreciation. This is the lowest level of service in the service industry, and I have received praise and support from other people, but I will never use this post office again as I have not seen any changes.
