::The other day, I went through the process of shipping a package here. First of all, the response from the woman at the counter was terrible. She didn't respond to anything I said, and I felt bad because I couldn't understand what she was saying. I wanted to ship the package, but when I checked the contents, I was told that it could not be shipped. I explained that I had sent the same thing before, but for some reason I couldn't do it. I had no choice but to take it home. After that, I went to the main office and processed the shipping procedure for the same package, and it was shipped smoothly without being told anything. I was also able to do the same thing at a convenience store. The treatment was terrible and I felt sick. I will never use this post office again.

::As others have said, the customer service at the counter is the worst. The response I had received over the years from several other stations was that they were insistent that they shouldn't do that, and that they refused to accept my package. Isn't the problem due to differences in the response of each post office? I explained this, but the only explanation I got was that it left the users thinking that it wasn't their fault that the other stations were wrong. Immediately after that, I went to the main office and received the same kind response as usual without any problems.

::I used the postal counter, but the response was slow and the explanation was insufficient, so it would be better to go to the main office.
