  If you inquired about changing your mutual aid address a year ago, we will change it! As you said, the old mail that was undelivered has just been sent to me. Moreover, since it has been a year since then, I should have issued a new registration status with the new address and sent it to them, but instead they only sent me the old address and mutual aid details from that day. The new address on the envelope is handwritten...I wonder if the new address has been registered properly? By the way, even though it was my husband's mutual aid, he easily accepted the change over the phone without submitting any proof or checking with my husband. The procedure was easy and helpful, but I'm worried that the management is too lax and I'm not sure if it's okay.
