  I wish they had shown me multiple ways to go through this process first, but I was told by Koide that I had to go back and forth from my house to the store several times. In the end, I was told that it could only be done at the main store, which was a waste of time and money. The counter closed early, so I had to hurry to get there, and it ended up being the worst part of the day. I would appreciate it if you could make it more efficient.

  I came to open a new bank account, and everyone greeted me cheerfully when I entered the store, and the people who helped me were polite. I gave this rating of 4 stars based on my expectations for the future.

  The procedure is troublesome, and even though I visited the store many times, I couldn't finish it in one visit. I would like you to guide me so that I only have to do it once from the beginning. I don't want to do any future transactions
