::The teachers and nurses are very good. However, the lack of friendliness of the receptionists is the worst. It's just unpleasant. Also, the waiting time for payment after the doctor's appointment was very long.

::I was concerned that I might have been given the wrong prescription, so when I called, I was kept waiting for a long time. What's more, they actually made a mistake and they had the medication on hand, so they decided to cancel the order, but they instructed me to return it to the pharmacy myself. What exactly is cancellation? They just don't want to admit that it was their mistake. The pharmacy staff apologized and said they were sorry for having to come all the way to pick it up, and I think that's true. Shouldn't the hospital that made the mistake take responsibility and come and collect the medicine? They didn't apologize for the mistake I made or for making me wait, which I felt was contrary to social norms. I don't think I'll ever go there again.

::I moved to Akita and went to see a dermatologist for the first time because it was nearby, but the website says that the clinic opens at 9am, and there is a sign saying that you should come to the clinic at 9am, so the clinic opens at 8:30am. There was a statement. Many patients have already visited the hospital, so if the hours have changed, I would like the website to be updated as well. The examination took about an hour and was over in about a minute. I wasn't sure if I was able to get a proper examination, but the nurse was very thorough in explaining the ointment to be prescribed. The nurses are very polite and kind, but I won't be going there again. Not recommended.

::An ingrown toenail was filled with pus and examined. Without treatment, I called a nearby ingrown toenail specialist. After a long explanation, I moved next door. Another long explanation. I listened while enduring the pain, but apparently I had to sign up for the 100,000 course. I was reluctant because of the high price, but his face and attitude changed and I became scared. I was treated by another dermatologist and it healed quickly. I will never go there again!

::The people at the reception were a bit curt, but the people in the examination room and the doctor were very kind and explained everything in an easy-to-understand manner, so it was nice. Walk-ins are first-come, first-served, and reservations cannot be made. The clinic will only be open in the morning. It tends to get quite crowded, and some people say in a loud voice that it's not their turn even though they say it's your turn to arrive, but it's in the order of arrival, so please be patient. It seems like you can just check in and then go out.
