  The female clerk at the counter was very rude. I told them I could do what I explained in advance, but after making them wait, I couldn't do it. Please rewrite the paper as well. I didn't want that to happen, so I asked her first, but if she didn't understand, she should have asked someone who did, but she didn't apologize and had a big attitude. I won't go there again. I was surprised because this was the first time I had met a bank employee who was so rude.

  When I make a transfer at an ATM, an announcement makes me rush even after just a few seconds. In the end, you are forced to start over from the beginning. Even compared to other banks, I have never been so rushed or forced to redo things. I don't want to use it.

  It's clean and there's a toilet outside which is convenient. The counter is also fast.
