  The attitude and way of speaking of the woman working at the office was very bad. The phone call ended up being abruptly hung up while the person on the other end was still talking, saying, ``Excuse me.'' Not possible. Common sense would dictate that you hang up on someone before they call you...they're not family or friends. It's not the doctor's fault, but I think the number of patients who want to go there is decreasing because of the office staff. Administrative staff are the face of the hospital that patients first come into contact with, so wouldn't it be better to be a little more cheerful, smile, and treat them with moderation?

  I calmed down the crying children, and on the way home they were rewarded with a choice of erasers or balloons, and since the balloons had burst on the way, I now have them choose one out of various types of erasers.
