  Dental hygienist? The doctor only examined me for the first time, and from the second time onwards, I received strict instructions on brushing my teeth from the dental hygienist❓. When I had a cut on my fingertip, they pressed the floss against my finger, so blood smeared out and I said, ``Oh, you're hurt,'' but I put a band-aid on it, and I thought, ``You'll understand.'' In the end, I couldn't stand the Spartan guidance, so I took paid leave on weekdays and started going to my family dentist again. Although he has some problems with his gums, he has no cavities and all of his teeth are healthy. It is said that regular check-ups once every six months are sufficient. It's still a mystery to me why I got so angry every time.
