  I had partial dentures made that I didn't ask for without any consultation, and I was forced to pay more than usual. Partial dentures are a pain, and I don't need them because I'm old. Why can't you just give me a consultation about the treatment plan? Are you ignoring the patient's thoughts? He may be good at treatment, but if he doesn't get what the patient wants, it's just self-satisfaction. Are you familiar with the term informed consent? They do not understand that what the doctor thinks is good does not necessarily lead to patient satisfaction. No matter how you look at it, it is strange to decide on a treatment plan without asking the patient. I never used the partial dentures I had made and threw them away on the way home. I have stopped going here since then. I want my money and time back.

  This is the first time I've been helped here. I had a toothache that had been treated by the dentist I had been working with for over 20 years, but he didn't see me right away, and I was told that my appointment was only available in two weeks.I couldn't stand the pain, so I looked at the reviews. I came here to the hospital. When I called, I was told that they were available at 4pm, so I headed there, desperate. Also, I have a complex about the temporary front teeth that I had treated at my previous dentist a long time ago (they were clearly fake and stood out), so I had a hard time showing them in photos and smiling. The doctor was also concerned about the provisional teeth on my front teeth, so he said, ``Ceramics would give me a much different look,'' and gave me the opportunity to proactively treat my teeth with ceramics. Thanks to this, the temporary front teeth look like real teeth, and I can now smile with my teeth out. I am truly grateful to have been freed from my long-held complex. To be honest, I've always been to a dentist near my home, but I feel like this is a dentist I can trust, from the receptionist to the doctor. I'm glad I didn't have to see my regular dentist right away! Thanks to you, I was able to meet a wonderful dentist. The receptionist, the doctor, and the dental assistant were all kind and polite, and I was left with a very good impression. The reception desk at the dentist I used to go to didn't give me detailed explanations, but the receptionist at this one does. The doctor is friendly and talks to me about various things during treatment.
