::Can absolutly recommend if you need help as a tourist.Called them because I had an ear infection. I ask if they speak english and the got me an english speaking person on the phone. I should come the next day at 11. Again they had someone who spoke very good english, who helped me with every step and even consoled me when the ear cleaning got painful (there is no way around that hurting. Dr did his best). I had this kind of infection before and the Dr. found what I assumed. I could easily pay with my visa card and the fee for the visit an medication was just 84 €.

::FOREIGNER FRIENDLY! Rie was my translator and she was extremely kind. 100% recommend this hospital if you’re a foreigner in Japan. 10 stars!

::I was there on a very busy day shortly before a holiday. I had a very nice lady translate into English for me. She told me that I would have to wait a very long time because there is a holiday ahead and there was only one doctor for my respiratory problems. But she offered me information and help to find another clinic, that would help me faster. Although I didn’t see a doctor, I call this excellent service that I often miss in Germany!

::I had gynecological surgery here and stayed for about a week. Overall, my experience was amazing. The surgery went well and my stay in the hospital was smooth. I'm highly thankful to Ms. Obe, who helped me book all the appointments, translated throughout communication with doctors and provided incredible emotional support. I'm also beyond grateful to Prof. Ueda, who patiently answered all my questions and made me less afraid of the surgery. I felt that I'm in safe hands. A few things that made my stay great: - Friendly, supportive and understanding nurses - Free stable wifi - Quite delicious japanese food - A conbini-style shop with daily necessities, snacks and coffee - Rental towels that were changed regularly - Rental hairdryer - Air conditioning with a remote controller (in a private room) - Blackout roller blinds - Good view A few things I wish I knew before hospitalization: - Drop-offs are allowed by family members from 14:00 to 16:00 - The pillow is terrible (it's okay to bring your own) - Rental pijama is made of polyester and has strange sizing - Only green tea is available, food is quite low calorie (400-500 kcal/meal) - No microwave oven

::Great professional services, English staff assistance available. It was referred by a clinic where I have been treated for more than five years. High quality and technology updated equipments. High concern with inpatient wellness. Services provided like a physical rehabilitation facility helps a lot as you don’t need to move out.
