::I stayed in the special room Otowa. There was another room with an open-air bath and a bed. The room is on the first floor and has good access from the front desk. You can access the large public bath by taking the stairs or elevator to the first basement floor, so you can take a bath right away. Even though I don't like hot water, I was able to take a relaxing bath in the open-air bath in the guest room. We also rented a private open-air bath. It was very hot, which was a good thing. From the public bath, I saw pigeons playing along the river and took a relaxing bath. Meals were a buffet in the morning and evening. The three types of tuna sushi were delicious. We also enjoyed all-you-can-drink beer♪ In the room, you could watch YouTube etc. on the big TV. I will visit you again (*^^*)

::I stayed in a special room. The hotel itself is very old, but some of the rooms have been renovated, so we stayed there for one night. The room is very spacious. The bathroom is also very clean. There was also a walk-in closet, and I felt that everything was spacious, including the toilet, entrance, and washroom. (Since it is wide, it still feels wide.) I enjoyed the indoor bath, private bath, and large public bath. There was no one in the public bath at certain times, so I felt like I had reserved it for myself⸜(*˙꒳˙* )⸝ Meals are buffet style both in the evening and in the morning. All-you-can-drink is included at night. I wonder if the meal itself is like this... It was like that. I get the impression that most of the staff members are generally very kind. Please note that the road leading to the inn is narrow.

::Itoen Hotel Group with breakfast and dinner buffets. It's relatively easier to make reservations than other Itoen hotels (there are spaces available), so we used it during the July holidays. This is my first time at Iizaka Onsen, and the access to this hotel is a bit difficult to understand, but it has the feel of a hot spring area. The parking lot was full and we were directed to a parking lot a little further down the road. The front desk is computerized, including payments. The staff are also prompt and courteous. It cannot be helped that the building is somewhat old. This also seems to be the Itoen Hotel. The hot springs are gentle and the temperature is just right. It is a pity that there is no open-air bath. As expected, the baths were crowded during the holidays. However, since there are no inbound tourists, I felt safe using it there. The meal is a buffet typical of Itoen Hotel. There are many variations here, I was surprised by the content. Itoen also seems to be putting a lot of effort into food. The dining staff also works efficiently. Guest manners are also good. There is a shift system, but it is operated very well. There was no confusion during the meal, and the food was sufficient and satisfying. The air conditioning in the hotel and rooms is quite cool. Wi-Fi is fine. There is only one elevator, so depending on the timing wait. It is not a location where you can enjoy the scenery, This is a reasonably priced hotel where you can enjoy hot springs and a buffet.

::The room was very clean and all rooms are non-smoking. The food is not specialize local one, so we should get dinner outside to enjoy local foods. I bit disappointed for its customer quality. Some of group was bit too noisy.
