  とても美味しかったです/ Delicious! Found this cozy vegan restaurant (Itadakizen is the old name btw, is now Salloga) through Google Maps. Just went for lunch at first, but made a reservation for dinner on the spot (opening hours on Maps show only the lunch times, but they open in the evening if a reservation is made), very happy with that decision! Lunch and dinner (a set menu, 6 courses) were both delicious and the proprietress was very sweet. Thank you Akiko-san! Definitely recommend. Photo’s show two of the courses; the dinner entree and the sushi.

  The staff was really friendly. Before going to the restaurant, we communicated through Facebook Messenger telling them our dietary needs since we are ovo lacto vegetarians. Each meal was served in its unique order making it easy for us to digust it. They had even translated the meaning behind each dish for us in English. I would definitely go there again if I visit Hokkaido!

  Simply the best food that we have had in Japan since arriving 3 weeks ago. A verifiable adventure through flavours and textures. The daily set is a must. Great service, serene setting and ambiance. Although it’s a bit out of the way, it is absolutely worth the trip.

  The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. It's so nice to find healthy meals like this is Japan in contrast to all the meat based and/greasy foods that are popular. I'm very happy and full. The photos attached are from the assorted lunch set.
