::Everyone, including the teachers, is always very kind and gentle, and the atmosphere is very good without any awkwardness. I bring my preschool children with me, and there is a children's space where assistants and receptionists will watch over them during treatment. I am very grateful. The doctor will treat you carefully and thoroughly. This is a dental clinic that I would like to continue to use as a family. *By the way, this dental clinic is right in front of the station and is recommended for parents and children with children🚃

::The building is new, and the hospital has a clean and calm atmosphere. The parking lot is also spacious and easy to park your car. Both the doctor and the dental hygienist are very kind, and they thoroughly explain how the treatment will proceed, so I feel at ease. The treatment is almost painless. My upper front tooth, which is the most noticeable part, was chipped and I had a new crown made, and I am very satisfied with it. The balance between the left and right sides was adjusted, including the shape, color, and transparency of the tips of the teeth. I like it better than the tooth I had before it got chipped! Thank you for listening to my requests in detail. I would like to continue coming here for maintenance.

::I first visited the hospital in October 2022 for treatment of cavities. At that time, the cavity had not reached the nerve, so I had it removed and a filling was placed. In January 2024, the same tooth's gums were swollen, and the head, ear, and parotid glands were also painful, and the patient was unable to sleep at night due to the swelling. Could food particles accumulate between your teeth and gums, causing inflammation? I was told that all I had to do was wash it with water. There was no improvement, so I called the next day and prescribed antibiotics and painkillers without a consultation. Each time, I was only given 3 days' supply, and each time I had to go to the hospital to get a prescription without seeing a doctor 4 times (I feel like it's against the Medical Practitioners Act to give prescriptions without seeing a doctor...) . Sometimes my doctor goes on a business trip, and I was told that there is a rule that no one other than my doctor can prescribe prescriptions, so there were days when I couldn't get a follow-up prescription and didn't have any medicine... However, there was no improvement, so in March 2024, laser irradiation was performed to remove the gums to make it easier to clean the gaps. It is said that if you brush your teeth properly, there will be no problem. Since the gums were gone, the swollen area disappeared, but the root of the tooth was completely exposed, and I was not satisfied with the results, so I went to another hospital for a second opinion. A CT scan taken at another hospital showed that there was actually cavity bacteria in the nerve from the time of treatment at this hospital in October 2022, and as a result, cavity bacteria had leaked from the nerve and caused swelling of the gums. This dentist told me that the bone in that area was melting for some reason, but at another clinic, the bone was melting due to leaking cavities, so they removed the nerve to eliminate the cavities. I was told that if I didn't clean it several times, it would continue to swell and the bone would continue to melt away. At this hospital, I was told that the gums that had been scraped off would never regenerate, and that the nerves had to be removed, which was a disappointing result, but at this hospital, I was told that all I had to do was brush my teeth properly, and a second opinion was completed. I was told that my next appointment would be in July, but I'm glad I didn't believe that and went to another hospital for a test to find out the cause. No matter how much I brushed my teeth properly, it never got better. Also, the receptionist's nails are dirty. Continuing on from this, there was a patient who was told by two dentists that the gums burned by the laser at this hospital should not have been removed as covered by insurance, and who subsequently had surgery to transplant the bone and gums in that area at his own expense. I was told that it was good...I really only received useless treatment at this dentist.

::Thank you for your help every month. I used to go to the Chiryu clinic, but the Hazu clinic has gotten better and now I go to the Hazu clinic for regular checkups once a month. The teacher is also friendly and easy to talk to and listen to. The hygienist also taught me a lot about teeth, and my tooth brushing has improved. Please continue to visit Hazu and keep your teeth healthy. Thank you for every month.

::At my mother's recommendation, I went to the hospital. The hospital is very clean, the teachers are kind, and I feel confident in entrusting them with the techniques. Thank you for taking care of both my parents and children!
