It's the worst according to the reviews and it's dirty. I've been there once in a while, but I've always been concerned about cleaning. I was wondering if something like that could happen, but this time I went to room 508, the bathroom smelled like urine, and there were dried urine marks on the bathroom floor and the edge of the bathtub, so I was a little disappointed. On the edge of the bathtub on the side, there was a toothbrush that had been used and the attached toothpaste that had been opened, which was the worst. I will never go to a hotel like this again. If you're watching this, it's better not to go. Even though the cleaning is so good, the prices are not cheap. It's not possible, and I'll say it again, I don't recommend it! I don't want to give even a single star, and I'd rather give it a minus.

I entered room 703. The TV in the bathroom doesn't turn on. The shower temperature suddenly rises and falls. Even though it's winter, the floor is cold and cold. Heating is also ineffective. The toilet flush is also bad. I thought it was clogged. I thought the price was not balanced.

I feel like I was fooled by the photo. Anyway, it's dated and everything is old. I was curious about the VIP room, so I made a reservation, and when I entered the room I was directed to, I was like, Wait, is this the VIP room? I was surprised, so I checked with the front desk, and they told me they had made a mistake and moved me to another room. At first I was a little nervous, but when I went to the VIP room and looked at it, it was pretty normal. There was a bath outside, but that was all.The room was really the size of a normal room, which was disappointing. Before I went, I checked the hotel's official website, and there were many "customer testimonials" written about the cleaning. I was worried about that, but the comments posted by the hotel seemed to be sincere, such as "we will review our cleaning practices and provide thorough guidance to the cleaning staff," so I believed them. I tried to use it, but I quickly realized that it was just a superficial statement. The cleaning is not thorough at all and it is full of dust. There is a glass display case above the bed that slides open, and there are various decorations placed there, but the inside of the display case is full of dirt and dust. I couldn't help but say, ``Wow...''. When I tried to watch the DVD I brought on the deck, the deck was covered in white dust, and there were several bottles of skin care products in the bathroom, but the bottles were all covered in dust. There was also a bottle with hair entangled in it. (I haven't used it at all yet) What creeped me out the most was that where the hair dryer was, there were also hair irons used by women, but the handle of the white curling iron had brown stains on it? There was a lot of dirt on it, and since it was so brown, I thought it must be something that couldn't be removed, so I rubbed it lightly with my nails, and it came off easily, so I was really horrified. I was thankful that there was a water server, but the tray where the paper cups were placed was also covered in dust, so I didn't feel like using the paper cups that were placed there. The VIP room here is an expensive room that costs 30,000 yen on weekends. Even rooms with such high prices are not kept clean at all, and the bathtub is outside, so naturally there is a lot of trash in the bathtub. You can just flush it, but first of all, the shower attached to the outside bath is attached a few meters away, so the hot water can't reach the bathtub. So how do I flush it cleanly? That's what it feels like. I don't know if there are many insects around the hotel or if they are coming out of the drains, but it seems like there are insects even in the indoor bath, and there are many insects floating around. (Big insects too...) Even if you scoop it up in the sink, a few more bugs will be floating in the water after a while. There, too, the tension went down. They claim to be taking good infection control measures, but I can't believe that a hotel like this, where cleaning is not at all thorough, is taking proper infection control measures. Since this is a problem before infection control measures, why not just clean it properly? It can't be helped that the hotel is old, but if it's old, I think the impression will be quite different if it's cleaned properly. Not to mention, the VIP rooms are priced high, so I had the impression that they were making fun of the customers. Also, there seemed to be some construction going on, and the paper in the room said that there might be some noise due to the construction going on, but it wasn't that bad, and I could hear the ground shaking in my room starting at 9am. The noise is so unpleasant that I can't sleep, although it's not very bad. Even if I turned on the TV, the construction noise was so loud that I couldn't hear it, and this was the first time I'd ever seen a TV where you couldn't turn up the volume. The TV was the same size as a TV at home, and the TV was mounted on the wall in an odd position, making it difficult to watch on the sofa or in bed. . It's been a long time since I last stayed at a hotel that I had so much dissatisfaction with, so of course I won't be using it again, and I don't want to use K's group hotels themselves.

I stayed here for the night. Room 601 is the pool room. There was black mold growing in the pool and I didn't feel like going in. Furthermore, the quality of the TV was poor, and the karaoke machine was very old and I didn't feel like using it, so I went in for the night, so I told the front desk I could leave without doing anything after 20 minutes in the room, but the staff had a bad attitude, and I was given a 10,725 yen charge. I paid and left. I definitely don't want to go there. I don't want to give even one star.

Cancelled our stay at this hotel when they asked us for ¥10,000 to book in at 5.20pm instead of 6pm! The room for the night was only ¥20,000. It is not a family or a couple hotel. Reception looked seedy.
