::A local supermarket that has been around for a long time and has the good old Showa scent. The customers seem to be mostly locals. The fish is fresh. The sashimi is exquisite. And the side dishes are delicious. I recommend fried horse mackerel as it is plump and delicious without leaving a fishy smell in your mouth. Even though I hated belly buttons since I was a child, my values changed after eating Ishizu Mart's fried belly buttons. It was so delicious that I wanted to have it as a snack with beer. ★ Fish is definitely cheap. Some of the other products are more expensive than regular supermarkets. The cheap ones are really cheap, so if you can find them, I think it's a little hidden gem. ★Ishizu Mart seems to have an Instagram account, so you can get information from there.

::I stopped by while walking around the local supermarket. The fish is also grated in the restaurant's kitchen, and the seared bonito was delicious. The dragonfly (bincho) was also delicious with its fatty, fluffy texture.

Whenever mapo tofu is delicious, I always buy it. Gyoza is also delicious. The rice ball was 100 yen, had proper salmon, and was delicious as well. The fried horse mackerel is also very meaty and delicious, and costs 120 yen each!
