::I had been curious about it for a while, so I stopped by when it was open. I was attracted to the kakiage soba and tried it, but the soba was so bland that I couldn't say what I was disappointed in. The kakiage was crispy and delicious, but the soba noodles were overcooked and limp, which was sad. I would like to have proper instructions on how to boil it. ah. That's a shame.
