  The customer service of Mr. Hibiki was terrible. There was a drink I ordered several minutes before the last order, but I was told that it was the last order. I informed them of the time when they said it would be the last order, but my request was not accepted and I was told that the drink I ordered at that time was the last order. The customer service and friendliness was poor and terrible.

  Since we have employees from overseas, we often miss out on meals. As for the service, even if the number of guests exceeds the reservation, they will accept it, although it will be a little more expensive, so I am very grateful. The atmosphere is retro and relaxing.

  I had a course for lunch on Saturday with the best cost performance. The richness of the all-you-can-drink menu, the volume of food, and the customer service of all the staff were wonderful.
