Rice comes with your choice of toppings This restaurant is recommended not only for those who like dried sardines, but also for those who don't like that much. The owner of the shop gives off the aura of a ``worker'' and is not unkind to flattery. ::I entered a store that I had been interested in for a long time for the first time. I think it's the classic taste of dried sardines. The rich soup was delicious. The owner told me that there is a regular size and a large size. When I was asked, I just answered that it was a large serving lol. I'm happy to be able to get a large portion without changing the price 👍

::I visited just after 2pm on a sunny Sunday during the rainy season. I was able to get in right away by myself as a customer. Isn't there an air conditioner? The inside of the store was stuffy with the door set ajar. Only at the counter, you can clearly see the owner's movements. Move around the counter deftly. As everyone has said, the owner is not very friendly, and his eyebrows are wrinkled, perhaps because of his quirk, but I think this is proof that he is concentrating on his one-off work and is serious about making food. I didn't worry about it because there was the minimum amount of communication needed. I have Chinese noodles and my partner has dried sardines ramen. The dried sardine ramen was as expected, rich in flavor and satisfying to eat. What I wasn't expecting was Chinese noodles. The soup is surprisingly delicious. However, I think I prefer curly noodles for this soup. Both noodles are straight thin noodles like Hakata tonkotsu, and you can substitute the niboshi ramen (¥200, but it's a little less)

::The best drink after drinking Ramen you want to eat when you want to feel refreshed after drinking It was really delicious. There are days when the pepper is effective and days when it isn't, and personally I prefer it when the pepper isn't. But it's really delicious! I visited you again the other day. The char siu ended up being a bit disappointing... The char siu smelled like frozen... The soup was still very delicious! Thank you for the meal!
