::Local Japanese Iqos stores do limit foreigners from buying and the queue is just insane!! I would recommend everyone ... if you’re a tourist to buy in the airport as it’s cheaper and has a more friendly customer service!
Henry Chan
::IQOS Lounge, I thought it was for Japanese only.

::My friend couldn't buy it - he was told you can only buy if you are Japanese - which is not true. The shop assistant was rude and stupid!!! This shop has the worse customer service in Japan.

::Possibly the worst store I have been to in Tokyo. The staff is overwhelmed by the amount of people, and not equipped for the demand. If you want a new IQOS you would have to line up from the morning. Somehow you can't book it ahead either. Unsure if this shop in general is some weird marketing strategy of Marlboro Japan, or simply an oversight of the demand, combined with amateur supply chain managers? Either case be ready to waste your time here if you need anything done.
