::I ordered the Akamaru with flavored eggs. There's something fun about waiting while staring at a bowl of rice simmering in a copper pot and listening to uplifting swing jazz even though you're worried about the gas bill. Ippudo is known for its stable and reliable taste, and the rice bowls are piping hot from beginning to end. I also appreciate the staff's broad perspective and detailed attention to detail. The only thing that bothers me is the decreasing amount of spicy bean sprouts and the temperature of the bean sprouts, but it's difficult to comment on them because they are considered service items. Once you finish the soup, which is spicy, fatty, and rich, you'll be rewarded with an immoral taste. Be careful as the garlic will leave a lasting aftertaste. It was a delicious meal for lunch on a midsummer day.

::The menu has changed from before, but it's still delicious. It's attached to a station building, so it's perfect for a meal while transiting. The photo on the left is the special Shiromaru and mentaiko rice. The photo on the right is the special Akamaru, egg-cooked rice, and half gyoza. Akamaru was written as spicy miso, but it wasn't that spicy and it was delicious. The extra soy sauce pork bones are also delicious.

::Whenever i get gyoza cravings, I come here. Best no-frills gyoza in my opinion. Ramen (red bowl) is a hit or miss. Like a third of the time i get the red bowl ramen (i forgot the Japanese name), it’s too salty. But yeah, pretty decent “fast food” ramen, excellent gyoza. Only alcoholic drinks can be ordered. There’s free cold tea at the table. It’s got fast food vibes for the homeward student or employee wanting to get a quick bite before continuing on their way.

::I love that you can choose the hardness of the noodles with the light pork bone ramen🍜 The taste is so delicious that I want to come here every day, but I feel it's a bit expensive for ramen💦 Shiromaru ramen costs 850 yen, but the amount of noodles is too small even for a woman to eat one bowl, so if you order a substitute egg for 150 yen, it will cost you another 1,000 yen🥲 However, you can order garlic and pickled ginger for free, and if you collect points with a point card, you can get free toppings and extra tickets, so I'll do my best to collect them! There are plenty of counter seats, so it's easy to stop by even by yourself, and there are tables that seat 4 people, so you can go with more than one person! This is a recommended ramen shop 😊

::Broth is weak and not as pictured. Expensive as it’s not fresh. Everything is premade and then thrown together. I get that it’s express but I was expecting something more close than to the standard Ippudo. Just travel to Ippudo in Nagoya or eat at other ramen shops in Gifu.
