::A very popular store located in a residential area. I went on a weekday when it was open. 1 previous customer. Since then, I have been coming to the store one after another... It feels like a normal private house and has parking for 2 cars? However, the fine structure is reflected in the doors and pillars. The two of us had a large serving of Sarashina's duck Tsuke, I ordered two colors of Miyausu and Gozen! Do you make orders after receiving orders for each type? Only one will come out, but that's okay! That's freshly made soba♪ The types I ordered were all light, so The scent of soba itself was faint, but Each one had a different flavor and was fun. Subtle differences. But if you compare them, they are completely different. I still don't have enough tongue training... I want to understand more!

::Authentic soba noodles! ⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎ You can order two types and never get bored! (From Nanbu, Sarashina, Wakaba Powder, Miyausu, and Gozen) Tempura shrimp is excellent! ⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐ The clerk is nice! In short, as above! what I asked for was There are two types: Gozen and Nanbu. Gozen looks very similar to Sarashina at first glance, but it is characterized by its firmness and smooth movement! I will definitely order it again next time! The soba noodles in the southern part of the country are firm and chewy, and I ate them deliciously while enjoying the flavor of the soba noodles. It's good to eat each soba individually, but if you mix the two types of soba together, the texture will be interesting, and if you enjoy it by changing the proportions, you won't get bored! (Please don't get mad at me for being evil) The 1,580 yen tempura may seem expensive, but after the meal, I was truly impressed with the feeling of ``good value for money!'' ! However, I don't recommend visiting when you don't have time. You will have to wait a little while to grind the soba after ordering! Let's have the mental space to feel rich during such times! The characteristics of each soba are listed on the menu, so be sure to check before ordering. PS: The rice balls were also delicious! I forgot to take a photo...Also, there was only space for 2-3 cars in the parking lot, and when I went there, there were about 3 cars parked on the street. This is definitely a famous store! ::Even though I live in Asahikawa, I can't believe there was a soba restaurant in a place like this. This soba restaurant is located in a residential area. The parking lot runs out of space after about 4 cars stop, and there is a sign saying, ``Do not park on the street as it will cause a nuisance to the neighbors.'' Fortunately, I parked in the last parking space and entered the store. You take off your shoes at the entrance, and inside the restaurant is not very large, with about 5 tables in a Japanese-style room. I sat down at the last empty table and ordered. There was a warning that it would take some time because it would be made after receiving the order, but it was faster than I expected. The soup stock for Juwari Soba is darker than other soba restaurants, but it wasn't that strong of a flavor and I liked it. Since the tempura is also popular, I also had a mini tempura bowl. It's famous for its crispy coating. The portion is not that large, so if you want to eat it, I recommend a large portion. There is also a dinner menu, so if you want to drink, it's a good idea to secure a handlebar and come eat.
