  Horrible concierge service. Will not help you book dinner on the day that you check in and lunch on the day that you check out!! They will only help us book restaurants for the second day that we are staying there. In Japan, most of the upscale restaurants need the hotel to book your reservation. If you are planning to eat in any michelin stars or upscale popular restaurants, avoid this hotel

  It's a pretty nice hotel on the insidebut its not all that central. There's not really anything around it. Also depending on the direction you come from its not entirely clear where the entrance is.

  Five star place, ten star people! We were treated like royalty! The manager is fantastic and has gathered the cream of the crop to work with him to make your stay as wonderful as possible. Polite, professional, and knowledgeable staff took care of all our needs and in a very friendly way that made us feel more like family members than guest. Our very best recommendations!!!

  I've used this hotel twice now and always impressed by the staff. They are extremely polite and almost too helpful. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. A special thank you to the Chef at breakfast who made me a fresh gluten free breakfast because he new the scrambled eggs contained gluten. Good location, decent sized rooms and sensibly priced for Tokyo.

  I have never know such a kind, warm, professional and perfect staff other than here. Things are organized in a high sensed tone and manner. The most exciting experience will be served at executive floor. You will be treated as a VIP and drinks and foods are available for free. The menu is changing day by day and time to time. Nice viewing from the bathroom will make you impress. Highly recommend you here.
