::Easy access, about 3 minutes walk from Ochanomizu Station. I visited the hospital to check for side effects from the medication I was taking. The thorough inspection gave me the impression of being reliable. I was surprised to see so many patients and so many doctors. The exhibition space where you can look back on the history from the time it opened is a must-see. Although the Google rating is not good, we have determined that it is an excellent specialized hospital. I will continue to have regular check-ups.

::This is a huge eye hospital that occupies multiple floors of the Shin-Ochanomizu Building. When you imagine an ophthalmology clinic in town, you'll be surprised at how huge it is. It is a comprehensive ophthalmology clinic that deals with a variety of eye problems, from general ophthalmology and pediatric ophthalmology to contact lenses, refractive correction, and cataracts to LASIK surgery, and is filled with many patients. The doctors and nurses are all very kind and helpful, and you can feel at ease during your treatment. Reception and payment are also very systematic, so there is no waiting time for reception and payment. However, since there are many patients for consultations and tests, it is unavoidable that you may have to wait a long time.

::I had to stay overnight in the hospital for blepharoptosis surgery (fascial grafting that involves inserting Gore-Tex into the eyelids). My first appointment was in September, but I was told that the earliest I could get an appointment for surgery would be December, so it doesn't seem like it will be possible right away. ・Hospital room We used a multi-bed room for three people. It was well-cleaned and beautiful. There is an outlet near the bedside for comfort. A toothbrush set, cup, and face towel are available as amenities. It's warm inside, so there's no problem wearing thin pajamas. There is a vending machine and extra disposable towels in the day room on the third floor. The toilets seemed to be cleaned 3-4 times a day and were always kept clean. First, the nurse told me, ``If you want to make a phone call, please do so in front of the elevator hall (an area far from the hospital room).You can also call in the day room, but please do so sparingly.'' It's true that even when I was in the hospital room, I could hear people talking and coughing from the rooms next door and in the day room, so I think there were a lot of complaints about the noise. When the patient in the bed next to me didn't follow the rules and started talking on the phone while on the bed, a nurse came right away and warned me, which was helpful. ・Surgery I was called 2-30 minutes before the scheduled time and prepared in the waiting room. We will keep your valuables such as drawer keys and glasses cases. The surgery itself is for one eye and takes an hour and a half, which I think is longer than other clinics that I see online. With the operating table chair upright, he checked the balance between my left and right eyes and the degree to which they were closed several times, listened to my opinions, and carefully performed the procedure while consulting with me. Ta. The initial anesthetic injection was painful, but during the procedure I didn't feel any forceful pulling and felt almost no pain. (It was a little painful when the stitches were applied to areas such as my forehead and the corners of my eyes, where anesthesia seems to be less effective.) During the procedure, the doctor and assistants asked me questions such as ``Do you feel any pain?'' ``Are you cold?'' I felt at ease throughout the procedure. ·meal Every meal was sumptuous and very delicious. Although the taste is bland, it comes with a number of side dishes and all of them are delicious, so I think it's good to be picky about it. For breakfast, you can choose between rice and bread, and for bread you can choose between rolls and croissants. The registered dietitian told me, ``It comes with two pieces of bread, so you can have one roll and one croissant,'' so I accepted her advice and had both. For snacks, we had croissants and coffee. Because the surgery time and the snack time overlapped, I was able to get the snack late around 4:30 pm, but the nurse reheated the coffee for me. I was very grateful for the thoughtful care I received, as I was feeling physically and mentally exhausted right after surgery. ・Post-surgery To stop bleeding and prevent swelling, use ice cream to keep your eyes cool, so if they become lukewarm, you can call the nurse for a change. Each time the nurse brought it to me without making a disgusted face. You can also get painkillers if you report them.

::This hospital is horrible. Their approach appears to be "simplest diagnosis that results in the least amount of work for us". The two doctors that I consulted here dismissed my symptoms as "floaters" (no, I have had floaters since childhood, please try again) or "afterimages" (details would turn this review into a book -- suffice to say that would be impossible). Arrogance is understandable-- it's an occupational hazard. Willful mis-diagnosis is unforgivable. I turned my clinic card in at reception and told them I'd never come back; my eyes are too important to accept incompetent treatment. I will not recommend them to friends/colleagues; indeed, I will recommend against them to anyone who asks. One star only because Google does not allow zero or negative stars.

::They provided the best service!
