  Thank you for taking care of me when I lived in Niiza. I moved and went to other clinics, but I still want to go to Inoue Dental Clinic. Everything from the receptionists, doctors, and dental assistants to the treatment plan was so good that I really want to come back.

  The inside of the hospital is clean and I have never experienced anything like the bad attitude of the receptionist as others have said. However, some doctors do not suggest ways to improve the things patients are concerned about (pain, appearance, etc.). I saw that there is a method like this, but is it possible? Let's start by asking, then let's do it. That's the flow. The white-haired, slender doctor who treated me in the past (no longer present) was kind, and he personally suggested that there were countermeasures and methods for the symptoms and conditions I was concerned about, but my current doctor... I feel confused because I don't have that, is it okay? I feel anxious. After receiving the treatment, I remembered that the doctor in charge had changed on the same day, and the doctor had told me to use electric anesthesia at that time, but he gave me manual anesthesia and made me feel painful. It's hard to ask me to change my doctor, so I'm thinking of transferring.

  As everyone has written, the reception is the worst. The lady wearing heavy make-up looks quite intimidating from above. Why do I have to be scolded so much for just asking a question? You often hire people like that. Is that person the director's mistress, family member, or something like that at the reception desk as they please? I work in the same medical field, but that attitude is unacceptable. Is it okay for a woman who shows off her forehead and has rough skin to wear sparkly accessories and nails? After seeing me being unreasonably scolded by the lady at the office, her attitude clearly changed and she started treating me worse. After the doctor's appointment was over and we paid the bill, neither of us said a word. Don't the dentists here ever say things like "take care" or "we look forward to seeing you next time"? (When I made my next reservation, I asked if it was possible for another date, and the last thing I said was, "Oh, that's not possible.") The lady who wasn't paying the bill just sat there looking bored, glaring at me and saying nothing. The attitude of the receptionist was really terrible from beginning to end. I had made a reservation, but I didn't want to go anymore, so I called ahead to cancel, and I found out right away that the lady had answered the phone. Even though I canceled in advance, I was told with a laugh that if I canceled next time, I would never be able to make a reservation again. I canceled because I didn't like you (lol) This dentist has a rule that if you cancel even if it is not the same day, you will not be able to make another appointment. Is the director giving such guidance?

  I recently moved and was looking for a dental clinic near my home, and I thought this website and reviews seemed good, so I started going there. I had the impression that dentists were scary, but this doctor is very kind and considerate during treatment. There was no pain and I felt that the technique was solid. I think I'll be visiting for a while, but I appreciate your continued support.
