::This is my first visit to this Inaba udon store. The line wasn't that long, probably because it was dinner time during Golden Week, but the store was always crowded with customers. Most of the staff at the hall were young women of Asian descent, but they spoke good Japanese, and I was impressed by their courteous customer service. It's been a while since I last had Inaba udon, and the soup stock was delicious as always, and the noodles were fluffy and delicious. By the way, I ordered maruten udon and kashiwa rice, and ohha meat burdock udon and kashiwa rice. Thank you for the meal🙏

::Overall, it tasted good. But I would not wait if there is a line. The udon noodles was plumped and soft. But it's not terribly soft. The broth was light tasting, not rich flavored. It's just the right amount of flavor for tasting.

::Super tasty, affordable local udon chain with really quick service. Some of the toppings are special to this region which was fun to try, as well as the unique udon texture and consistency which was really lovely and different to Tokyo udon. Located in basement level of Solaria mall.
