  Both meat and fish are of good quality. The dashimaki egg is also a little sweet and delicious. We also have some rare items. The other day, I had Momiji Manju and Gansu from Yamadaya in Hiroshima, and I ate them when I went on a trip to Hiroshima, so I felt nostalgic and bought them on the spot.

  I think you can buy the best quality meat at local supermarkets, including those direct from farmers. But it's not cheap at all. But customers who are looking for cheap prices are not the customers here, so it doesn't have to be cheap. Taste is more important than price. However, most families have enough money to buy strange processed products and commercially available sweets, so it's better to prioritize buying basic ingredients. I'm not particular about additive-free products, but I think Ikta's is better than Sanyone, which is equally particular. If you can go to Toyota, I think Yamanobu is a good option, but it's far from my house and it's a bit of a hassle, so I like Ikta because I can stop by there relatively easily. I also like Food Oasis Atsumi, although it's even more annoying. This product was sold by Chuo Dairy Milk, but the prices were quite high. You can't find it anywhere, but if you're looking for central milk, I recommend Feel in Shin-Anjo and some agricultural cooperatives.
