::No matter when I go there, there's always an unfriendly lady working at the post office. Even if I take out my luggage and say, "Please, please," I never say, "Welcome," "I'll keep it," or "Please wait a moment." It's possible that they just don't know the words, so I've tried to give them examples of words I'd like them to say aloud, hoping to improve things a little. [Added on June 27, 2024] When I went there in the evening, I met a woman who I had never seen before and was very polite and pleasant. I was glad that I was able to leave my luggage comfortably. I always wanted this person to be in charge.

::Always very long waiting time. Employees are unskilled. As foreigner I always need to show my resident card BEFORE they listen to my request. This is extreme discrimination! Almost everything I ever asked was rejected. Sending a parcel overseas, application for a new pass book after loss of previous, making a money transfer to another bank(not anotherpost bank account). I always were able to find solutions through internet, often i need to go to Mukogaokayuen post office. The question is.....why ither post offices can do what ikuta post office is not able to do ?

::I went there to receive stock dividends. I checked the confirmation documents in advance, but since I didn't have a photo certificate, I prepared them according to *4. The woman in charge at the counter says that the process cannot be processed without a photo ID. I replied that it would be fine to go somewhere else in that case. They ask if you were able to pay with this document before, so you could do it six months ago and a year ago. If the post office in Japan cannot handle it, then there is nothing you can do about it. I replied that it was fine, as it would be fruitless to spend too much time on it. The male manager interrupts and says he can't pay. My subordinates also say so, so I reply that it's good. He said he would ask which post office did you deal with. Shibuya, I guess, I answered. There are many post offices in Shibuya, so I don't know where to ask. The woman in charge asked me to hand over the documents because she wanted to check it again. Don't do unnecessary work. Please help me with my future studies. He checked once and was unsuccessful, so he said he would look into it again, and this time he wanted to study. Person in charge, there is no such thing as receiving free lessons from others in this country. It's normal to lose everything with one failure. There will be no second time. The director does not listen to his subordinates and believes that he is superior. The director's belief that all customers are complainers is incorrect. If everyone is a complainer, it would be better to just resign as director. There is an explanation in *4 of the pamphlet in my hand. Read to the end and you're done. It's good to give up on requested work, but it's bad to give up on dealing with customers.

::When I bought the stamps, the person who answered my call was wearing an orange ring on his chest along with his name tag. Are you a dementia supporter? When I called out to him, he said yes with a smile. He replied that he had taken the course. This will probably help prevent bank transfer fraud among the elderly. Thank you for your hard work.

::Sometimes too long queues...
