  They don't help foreigner and behave rudely , had a bad experience for the first time .

  If you don't understand japaness language. They wiil tell to you to loud and then everybody will see here is what happened. And impatient tell to you, because you don't understand, so they can do it. Here is you can feel unfriendly and discrimination place. 銀行員は失礼人の場所！ I feel uncomfortable and disappointed, even if I didn't give her attitude.

  I stopped in here to mail postcards to my family and friends back in the US and a friend in Greece. The wait was a little long, but nothing unreasonable. The woman who helped me was kind and made sure they went where they needed to go (everyone confirmed a couple of weeks later they got their cards!).
