::This is my first visit! Entered the store at 12:40 on a public holiday. About half of the seats in the store were occupied. I ordered [flavored garlic miso white water ramen] and [homemade gyoza]. The ramen was also very beautifully presented. Horse oil has a nice scent and can be enjoyed both visually and olfactory. As for the taste, I guess it's just okay lol There are quite a lot of menu items. Personally, I thought, "So, what is the store promoting?" The store name on the signboard has faded considerably and is difficult to read, but the electric sleeve signboard makes up for it (?).

::Flavored garlic miso white water ramen 900 yen + small rice 100 yen The rich miso ramen with garlic was delicious. However, I am disappointed that it was not piping hot. Also, I felt that the air conditioner in the store was a little too effective. The seasonings on the table also lack a sense of cleanliness. There were many different types of noodles to choose from, and there were many ramen on the menu that I wanted to try, but I was a little disappointed this time. We would like to serve you piping hot ramen. I think it would be a great store if things could be improved. After all, ramen is delicious.

::Ordered mapo ramen. It's not that spicy, so even people who don't like spicy food may be able to eat it. I don't think the taste is bad. Revisited. I ordered yuzu salted white water. It is as described. It's good that you can choose from 3 types of noodles. The presence of yuzu gives it a refreshing feeling, but the hot water felt too strong, so a lighter version might be better. It wasn't bad, but I felt it didn't reach 4 stars.

::I visited before it closed, and it was crowded with young people. I was confused by the variety of menus, but since it was my first visit, I ordered the popular grilled chicken paitan with soy sauce. The soup has a thick texture similar to that of chicken broth, and the extremely finely milled grilled rice gives it its aroma and flavor. The noodles were firm, thin noodles with a firm texture and sweetness. The char siu rice bowl was also a well-cooked dish, much different from the dry char siu you see on the streets that are just chopped up and put on top. I'm glad you came. It was a very good shop.
