::Visited twice to inquire about the public bath and dinner. Spoke with the same female staff at front desk both times. She was very unfriendly both times. I will never visit this place again.

::Went shortly after New Year for a private onsen and New Years Lunch. Enjoyed the private rooms for onsen and had access to the observation baths on the top floor as well. Excellent traditional lunch for New Years. The front desk staff, especially the lady, were very curt and not at all friendly which is the biggest drawback to visiting this inn.
