  It was an inn where I felt the most ``hospitality'' of my life. I was truly impressed by the customer service and consideration of the staff from the moment I arrived until my departure. When I passed by a staff member inside the building, I was greeted so politely that I wondered, ``How long has it been since I've been greeted so deeply?'' There were people from overseas working there, and I could see that they were working hard to serve customers, and that they were really well trained. Since I had booked a lodging on the day of my car trip, my plan was not to include dinner, so I went out to have dinner at Ikaho Ishidangai, but they took the trouble to drive me there and gave me some recommended restaurants. . I'm glad we had a great time at the restaurants you recommended. The breakfast was also luxurious and delicious, using plenty of local ingredients. There are 3 private hot spring baths that are free of charge, and couples can enjoy relaxing in the hot springs, which are also very satisfying. If you include the large communal bath, you won't be able to fit it all in 1 night or 2 days, so it gave me a reason to come again. In the lounge, you can play Super Nintendo, you can rent table tennis, and there are other facilities that would be fun if you stay in a group. Since a considerable amount of time has passed since the establishment, the building itself is a bit old in places, but this also gives it a feeling of ``elegance.'' I also enjoyed drinking freshly brewed coffee while listening to records in the lounge before my departure in the morning. I had the best experience, like the customer service at a Five Star Hotel with added humanity. This is the kind of inn you'll want to come back to soon. Thank you very much.   The hotel staff came to my car as soon as I arrived and was very kind. This time, my family's summer vacation schedule coincided, and since it was my husband's birthday, I wanted to surprise him.I contacted the hotel in advance and asked if they could do something like a birthday plate, and they were able to do so. They said yes, so I asked for it. My husband was also happy that he wished me a happy birthday for dessert after dinner. It was heartwarming to see a cute Snoopy drawn on it. He looked a little embarrassed, but his usual fatigue seemed to have disappeared. I was really happy that the hotel kindly changed my room to one with a nice view. I was double happy. The room was quiet with no noise and the view was nice. It was great to be able to use three baths and a private bath. The fact that you can use it for free with no reservations required is also attractive. Couples, married couples, and families can use it together, and of course, it is also recommended for those who want to relax alone. A bag of bath goods was provided which was very convenient. The food was plentiful and the portions were very filling. The souvenir shop is also small, but there are limited edition items such as recommended jams and plum syrup. Unfortunately, I ran out of time and missed out on buying it. I think this is unique to this inn. I also enjoyed playing table tennis with my kids for the first time in a while.   For Western visitors this should help. This Onsen is beautiful and the staff are all very kind and helpful. Minimal English skills but enough to get by along with google translate. They will even drive you to local places like the convenience store etc. Lovely Onsens and surrounding area! The main building isnt on google maps, this was the closest. Overall this place is great, enjoy! Also they are tattoo friendly!
