  Usually I stay at the Hilton when I travel. If I had a few night at the Hyatt so decided to stay here. I was pleasantly surprised at the good customer service and the room that I was given. Shinjuku is only a 15 minute walk away to the main stores and they have a regular shuttle bus as well. The room was nice and clean and came with a good view. I didn’t get a chance to eat here so couldn’t comment on the food. Shinjuku was close by so we ate there instead. Given the chance, I think we will definitely come here again in our next trip.

  住左五天，原本評估服務值五星。但其中有一天，執房人員不洗杯，係個個杯都不洗，大扣分。

  Hôtel agréable et calme. Le personnel est au petit soin pour les clients. Un reproche néanmoins, nous sommes restés 6 hors à l'hôtel et le petit déjeuner ne se renouvelle pas du tout. Faites hôtels de même standing propose un roulement dans les plats. Et la salle de sport était en travaux et aucunes alternatives ne nous a été proposée. 4 étoiles quand même pour tout le reste.

  Siamo stati 2 notti il 3-4/10, veramente bello e confortevole, situato in una zona molto tranquilla e comoda ai servizi! Consigliato! Nella foto la vista dalla nostra camera.

  편리한 교통 (신주쿠 지하철역과 가까움, 신주쿠역과의 셔틀버스 수시운행),조용하고 깔끔함,친절한 써비스, 음식맛,어느것 하나 빠지지 않는 최상의 호텔^^ 바로 옆 건물이 도쿄도청 건물이라 전망대 무료관람 가능
