  The counter service is very bad. I went to apply for a change of address, but when I was slapped with an application form, I couldn't help but sigh, and there were no instructions on how to fill it out. But as soon as I looked at the occupation section, my response suddenly improved. I was surprised at the difference from the main store. I tried to email a complaint, but they only accept phone calls on weekdays. This kind of customer service is successful because they don't put effort into handling complaints.
