::This is a harsh review because the customer service, or rather the setting, was different from what I had expected. First, the seats in the private room are small. Designed to increase the number of seats, similar to those found in major chains. However, the menu prices are high. As for the quality of the food I expected, it was a good mix of carefully prepared food and frozen products, so I was a bit disappointed. (Everything is delicious, but there are some disappointing menu differences.) I like wine, so when I ordered a bottle of red wine, they had a system where I could choose room temperature or refrigerated. Naturally, when I ordered room temperature wine, a young waiter came to my seat and told me that they didn't have room temperature wine, but asked me what I would like if I had refrigerated wine. So what other red wines are stored at room temperature or under proper storage conditions? When I asked him, he couldn't answer, My companion told me to stop because he thought I was a troublesome guest, so I stopped asking for more. That's how I felt, so even though it's a good store, it's disappointing when the management and the store's education are so inconsiderate. I wouldn't complain if it was a cheap shop, but since it's a shop with reasonably good prices, I think they might want to do a bit more in this area.

::Used in the Takumi course. On the way, I was so absorbed in eating that I forgot to take pictures of the famous fried food (bacon with scalloped mushrooms) and oden (deep-fried tofu and daikon radish). It was delicious and filling!

::I wanted to eat oden, so I went there for the first time in a while. It wasn't too crowded as it was a weekday night, so I felt lucky to be able to get in without a reservation. Ordering had been changed to a touch panel, but I thought the private room style would allow me to enjoy my meal in peace. but, It's really slow to come out, slow... Charged twice for alcohol even though the order was accepted. Oden is something that is thoroughly soaked and then transferred from a pot to a bowl, so I was surprised at how long they had to wait. Is it an operation problem? There is clearly no system to apologize for forgetting to order, which is very unpleasant. The young man working part-time was apologizing and I felt sorry for him, so I canceled the last oden meal that didn't arrive, paid the bill, and left the store early. Only the price is the same as before, but the service and taste are disappointing😞😞😞
