  I made an appointment for whitening. When I called to change the reservation date due to inconvenience, I was kept waiting for several minutes even though I told them the date and time and my name, and even though they told me that there was a place available, it seemed that there was no room, I had to wait for several minutes, and then he kept complaining and trying to make me wait again, so I asked him to call me back, but he still didn't contact me even after an hour... It took 8 minutes just to change the reservation date (and I couldn't change it), and they tried to keep me waiting, so I asked for a call back, but I didn't hear back for over an hour, so I contacted them to cancel, and it took another 2-3 minutes this time. I was able to cancel smoothly. It's a shame as this was my first whitening experience.
