  Amazing location - 10-15 minute walk from Shinjuku station, 5 from Golden Gai. Rooms are very small (maybe normal in Tokyo?) but quiet, clean, comfortable and staff are very helpful.

  I give 5 stars! Hotel is right beside(10m) away from the rail way. -Room is clean, toilet was superb! With all heater function from toilet bowl seat, mirror and constant heat temp for showering. -Bed was good enough but not the pillow. -Everything compact in a small room. -Smoking room at lobby. -Staff are friendly. -If you are getting this hotel, remember to get tokyo metro pass! (Unlimited day pass) -There are computer and printer at the lobby for you to use too!

  Located very close to a train station and several convenience stores, rooms are a bit small but contain a lot of ammenities (fridge, heat/AC, TV, kettle, shampoo/conditoner), the people working at the front desk know English, room service is great, highly recommended.

  Good points: 1. Strong shower 2. Room slippers 3. Location next to one of the subway station exits Bad points: 1. Faucet is slow 2. Bathroom not cleaned well enough 3. Not enough hangers and hanger space 4. Television and other surfaces not wiped in a long time 5. Room is rather small 6. Pillow and mattress are on the soft side 7. Some front desk staff can't speak decent English

  Very good hotel. Stayed here during our 5 night stay in Tokyo. Just far enough removed from the action that the noise doesn't keep you up at night, but easy 15 minute walk or quick metro ride to Shinjuku station and all the stuff going on around there. Good staff with enough English to handle check-in and the few requests we had (ironing board, etc).
