  Conveniently located a short walk away from the hakodate train station, reception was warm and welcoming, the room is spacious, clean and comfortable, overall a great place to stay for a short trip in hakodate

  Quite easy to find, just straight ahead after arriving in Hakodate station (this is NOT where the Shinkansen stops). Front desk is friendly but the English is not very good. Tattoos are not allowed in the hot tub. Breakfast set is cheap, but not that great. Room is quiet but only 1sachet for green tea. Better go to convenience store nearby.

  Not very convenient on snowy days though it is near a tram station. However service is good but room is a bit small and squeeze.

  The Japanese style family room was great! It had everything that we need and it is very clean and cozy. The location is close to downtown and train station.

  Budget business hotel with non smoking floors, although the lobby does smell smokey. Rooms are small but clean. Consider in house dinner if pressed for time, otherwise there are some good izakaya restaurants nearby. The public bath on the second floor alternates between male and female access about every 3 hours (posted). Parking is available.
