::Aircon isnt strong enough to cool the room, have to open the window to let cool air in but noise level went up. No views, not a pleasant stay. Breakfast buffet is ok but got tired after 3 days. Its very close to Tokyo Metropolitan Govt Bldg.

::This was the worst hotel during a 2 weeks stay in Japan. The room was tiny with thick air and all surfaces felt a bit icky like a dirty carpet with dark spots here and there. Bathroom wad just like a claustrophobic, beige plastic cell. A lot of disturbing noise came from the street and the ventilation. However the bed was comfy and the staff friendly. Hard to believe this was 3 stars... do not recommend.

::Not in a convenient location, everywhere you go you have to walk at least 20 minutes to a subway station . No air conditioning. Small rooms. Staffs does not speak English, don’t know why? Check-in has to be after three, no early check-in even they have rooms empty. No direct transportation going to Airports from hotel. No way to catch a taxi Unless you call one. But the cleaning crew for the room a pretty good. Will not visit again.

::Overall rating is GOOD. Pros: breakfast buffet spread is not much, however the quality is good. Room cleaning service is very good too. As for us, we requested not requiring the make up service. But the cleaning staff left fresh room amenities for us in a bag EVERYDAY, outside the door. This made us feel happy, each time we comes back to the door. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and small eateries within the vicinity. Example: one Ramen stall along the roadside which only opens in the night. This stall doesn't open everyday so please watch out for it. Cons: One and only Con - NOT ENOUGH PILLOW for us when there is a shortage. OMG... My sister ended up sleeping with a roll of towel every night.

::Amazing room, amazing staff that go out of their way to help foreigners understand where they're going. Helped book us tours, get our tickets and helped us have a wonderful stay in Shinjuku, however this place as set the standard high for the rest of my Japanese trip so I am definitely sad to have to leave this hotel. On a side note Japan is one of the most amazing countries in the world, the people are so nice, no tourist scams like in other countries. Can leave an iphone or laptop in a busy cafe (personal experience) and the workers will go above and beyond to try find the owner (they did). Once again I love this place and the people. Thanks Japan!!!
