  I paid online first, then made a double payment at the front desk (which I didn't even notice).When I checked out, the hotel contacted me and processed the refund. If you make an online reservation plan, check-in is from 3:00 pm and from 10:00 pm, and check-in from 10:00 pm is -500 yen. I showed the screen as proof that I had made a reservation from 3:00 pm, but they didn't accept that it was a 22:00 plan (I said that internet sites often make mistakes) and made me pay an additional 500 yen. . At check-in, before parking in the parking lot, go to the front desk and check the location. There was a parking lot guide map next to the parking lot, but it wasn't shown to me and I received a simple verbal explanation.In the end, I parked in an unaffiliated parking lot next door and paid 4,900 yen. The hotel refuses to acknowledge the lack of explanation. There was no apology at all (I guess they don't want to take responsibility if they admit it), but nothing was said, but it's their own fault, right? That's what it felt like. I have traveled to various hotels many times, and I have never had any problems, but why is this only the one at this hotel? ?   It's cheaper than other business hotels in the area. The room was clean and I didn't have any complaints other than the lighting in the room was a little dark. There is also a linked parking lot (for a fee), so it is easy to access by car, and even if you are riding a motorbike (moped, regular two-wheeler or more), there is a free bicycle parking lot around Hamamatsu Station, so it is easy to access.

  Regarding the location. It was located in a location less than a minute walk from the Shinkansen ticket gate at Hamamatsu Station, making it easy to access. I thought it was the perfect location. About the guest rooms. It has all the facilities you need for your stay. The bed was also very comfortable. However, there was a bandage stuck to the pajamas provided, probably from someone who had used it before, and even though I threw the bandage away, it was still stuck pretty well. I don't think the washing machine could have removed it. About the service. The front desk staff guided us carefully and left us with a good impression. The location and price range are good, so I think I'll use it again if I come to Hamamatsu again. There are quite a lot of pajamas provided, so I think it will be a hassle, but I would appreciate it if you could check them properly.
