  On 30 Aug 2024, I told my wife to drive in here believing it was the hotel we meant to check in. Earlier, we drove past our hotel but couldn’t find its car park entrance. When the entrance, I liked to believe it was it. Then, the reception told us that we had gone to the wrong hotel and kindly showed us the way. We were very grateful to his friendly service.

  I stayed here on a business trip from July 15th to July 26th, 2024. First of all, the location is perfect as it is right in front of Obihiro Station and you can walk to the main street lined with restaurants in about 3 minutes. I stayed in a single smoking room, but there was no lingering smell of cigarettes so much that I doubted it was a smoking room. For cleaning, I chose eco-friendly cleaning. Then I received some coins. If you insert the coin, you can get a free drink from the vending machine that accepts coins. You can't see the view from the hot springs, but it's so splendid that you wouldn't think it's a business hotel. There were a total of 4 coin laundry machines and 4 dryers. It was really convenient to be able to see the coin laundry availability on the TV in the room. You can also check the breakfast crowd on this TV. Breakfast is a buffet featuring Obihiro's famous dishes. Personally, I would always eat scrambled eggs if they were fluffy. A colleague who stayed on a different floor from the room where I stayed said that when you opened the window, the parking lot of the next building was right in front of you, so you couldn't see anything, but when I stayed in the room, I could see the plaza in front of the station from the window of my room. If you close the windows, the noise won't bother you. The cleaning was thorough, and when I returned to my room in the evening, it was very clean, so I felt good. I always used A○ hotels on business trips, but I think the route-in hotels are of a higher level. The men at the reception, both young and old, were really kind and polite and helpful. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your help. thank you very much. When I visit Obihiro again, I will definitely stay at Route Inn Hotel Obihiro Ekimae.

  Very cool hotel; the AC is working great; bed high quality spring mattress, clean/fresh bedsheets; bathroom with toilet decent. The water is draining well ( not like in case of some other venues) if you take a shower. But as a crown, the best, perhaps is the breakfast. Hotel breakfast usually is not a gourmet meal usually, at least I can't expect it. But here at this hotel I was surprised. The young cook was standing there worrying whether his prepared meals are pleasing the sleepy guests. I like this attitude! The food was much better than expected. Actually quite good. Usually is there a kind of stew ; every day different one. That is the best, at least for me.
