  Although it is a route in, the equipment is old. I don't really worry about the weak Wi-Fi, The air conditioner had a strong smell and there was a lot of dust on it, so I thought it would be okay. Also, this is not a complaint, but I thought it was a bit unusual that the paintings in the room had a disturbing feel, similar to the Elden Ring DLC ​​(not that bad).

  I often use Route In for both work and private purposes. When I used the washing machine and dryer, the laundry became covered in dust and gray hair after drying, so I ended up washing it again. Even though the breakfast was on time, everything was empty and there was nothing to eat, and when I called out to the elderly female staff member inside, she just gave me a look and ignored me. I have used route ins all over Japan, and I have always felt comfortable using them, so I learned that there are route inns like this. All I could do was sigh on my way back from enjoying my vacation.

  The chair in the room was not very slippery, and when I tried to move it back and forth, one or two of the wheels on the 5 legs got locked and I was dragging it, which made me feel stressed, so I contacted the front desk and they asked them to make it less slippery to prevent accidents. We received similar inquiries from other rooms, but we received a response asking for your understanding. I have never come across a chair like this at another route inn or at another hotel, and it seems that it is not a place where you can relax even if you enter the hotel tired and lean on the chair. This chair would be better than a regular chair without wheels, and I'm disappointed that they haven't done anything to counter the similar inquiries from other guest rooms.

  This hotel is a little not near JR Koriyama station but not far from highway. The room is good and bed is comfy. There is also public bath to relax. The breakfast is quite good compared to other Hotel Route Inn branches. The staff is also friendly.
