It's a Route Inn, so you get good value for your money. The staff is very kind as expected. However, the wireless internet is very often overloaded and unusable. I understand the hotel is relatively old and probably will be renovated in some years. You should still add more capacity to your connection today rather than in 5-10 years. Please add power outlets closer to the bed at that point too.

Room is a bit old but spacious. Great location, attentive staff. Ordinary breakfast

Horrible place to stay, we had already locked in a set price online, but once we got to the hotel they decided to tackle on extra charges on our stay, downside is that if we cancelled they would keep a part of the payment. We ended up staying and coughing up the extra $80 for an extra 2 guest on our 2 night stay (our reservation clearly stated a 2 night stay for 5 people). The rooms are really small, the room smelled horrible, carpets had a lot of stains. the bed mattress was a rock, and not firm in a nice way, be prepared to wake up with back pain. Then internet is extremely slow, and disconnects often, for the price they should have decent internet service. On the positive side its located next to Sega world arcade (good if you have kids), It also has a nice restaurants across the street. They offer free parking also nice. the breakfast is just ok. to recap if I would have known about the extra charges I would have stayed at the Art Hotel, its in a better downtown location walking distance from a mall, arcade, and a top of restaurants.

Rooms are simple, compact, and clean - pleasant for a comfortable overnight. No tobacco odors. Nice onsen on the 14th floor. Breakfast buffet had fairly standard fare, with a mix of western and Japanese options. Excellent access, being directly across from the station. Wifi is a little slow. Covid measures in place include sanitizer and requesting guests to wear a mask and plastic gloves at breakfast.

Conveniently located opposite the JR station. Accessible either street side or via underpass. Rooms and breakfast are decent by Japanese standards. There is an onsen and lounge area on the 14th floor.
