  The Ofutei hotel got really excellent and careful staffs who are highly motivated to bring the joyful experience to their customers. The staffs even assisted my wife very keenly and timely to find her lost wallet. We will definitely revisit and recommend this hotel!

  A high end onsen hotel with very good food, seaview and friendly staff. I would prefer if the onsen is secure with room card access. The rooms are access by key. The male and female rooftop onsen is next to each other without any security requirement. I can hear the conversation clearly which I find very distracting and not very safe.

  Overall had a great experience, the service staff were very polite and child-friendly since we brought our 10 month old son. The view from our room was amazing (7th floor) and the food was really good (although I am not Japanese and wouldn't know the quality of the food we were served I thought it was delicious).

  Dinner was very delicious with local cuisine, the room had a nice sea view, and all the staff were friendly.

  Expensive hotel with an exclusive view of sunrise over the inland sea. The hotel sraff is very helpful and even helped me to park my car in a rather confined lot. We opted for half board and the food is really good. Don't missed the gift shop as there are so many local delights you can buy here.
