::The hotel is celebrating 15 years. It seems a bit more dated than that. The roof balconies are nice. It's nice having a relaxation room but the actual rooms have no closet and are less clean than expected. There's a smell in the bathroom. I noticed the back half of the toilets haven't been cleaned in a long time. My comforted had a small amount of blood on it from another guest.

::I don't think there was much to add to the other reviews. This was the best hotel of our trip hands down. A perfect place to recover from the long flight and get to know a quieter section of Tokyo. I wish we had a chance to come back on our final night of the two weeks trip, but we waited too late to book. We definitely would stay here again 1000%. From the room, the service, the facilities and the little touches like bath salts and massage chairs, it really represents the best in Japanese hospitality.

::Hotel checkin is efficient. We reached hotel before check in time and left our luggages at the hotel and went out for a walk. We came back and the lugagges were already in our room. The room however is on the small side. We are not able to open our luggages and move freely in the room. The gym is for amateur gym goers but it's good enough that there is a gym within the hotel. There is also laundry room with 2 washers and dryers and charges 100yen per 30minutes. You can relax in the relaxation room while waiting for the laundry to dry.

::Ms. Y. Takata was excellent in helping us check in and sort out our booking problem - professional and super courteous service. The interaction soothed the road-wearied traveler when the booking was a bit off at check-in. The hotel is an oasis of calm in the midst of frenetic Tokyo. The rooms are clean, bathroom is well-stocked with amenities.

::This hotel is really nice, we had a superior room on the 15th floor, it was super clean with a comfortable bed and bathroom, we had a coffee maker and a nice tea set and it was really quiet. The breakfast is wonderful, they offer all kinds of food, fresh salads, eggs, sweets, fruits and much more. The service is excellent, they are very attentive and caring. They also have nice terraces, where you can relax and enjoy a freshly prepared tea or coffee. Thank you very much for the wonderful hospitality!
